Join Anna Chaney for a “seed to teacup” overview of how to grow, dry, and decoct your own herbs for nourishing herbal tea plus a guided foraging walk to harvest your own herbs!

We will start in the Barn at Honey’s Harvest Farm learning about the benefits of herbs and the best methods of growing, drying, storing and decocting. You will also learn why we grow nutrient-dense, delicious herbs in living soil at Honey’s Harvest Farm. Then we will put on our hiking shoes and go on a guided foraging walk where we will learn to identify and harvest some common herbs that can be enjoyed as tea. After that, we will head back to the Barn to create our own unique herbal tea blend using the materials provided and sample a pot of freshly brewed herbal tea! You will make your own dried herbal tea bags to take home and enjoy.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

At Honey's Harvest Farm, we believe that the best way to provide sustenance for our community and future generations is to work in concert with the natural patterns we observe on the land and to grow the healthy soil that is the foundation of an abundant ecosystem, whether wild or human-designed.

Our mission is to inspire learning, appreciating, participating, healing, playing and celebrating in a beautiful, sustainable, agricultural environment.  We are a welcoming community of plants, animals, farmers, and landscape where guests are safe, loved, relaxed, appreciated and part of nature's family.
