Herb Laminated Fresh Pasta Workshop

Back by popular demand, our favorite Italian chef Diana Testa teaches you everything you want to know about MAKING HOMEMADE PASTA.

Learn to create a delicious traditional Italian meal using ingredients straight from your farmers market. In this class, Diana will walk you through the art of creating fresh, from-scratch FRESH PASTA LAMINATED WITH FRESH HERBS for a delicious twist. As a starter we will prepare some oven pears with cheese, honey and walnuts.

This class is fully interactive, everyone gets a station to cook. It's 2 hours long and we will eat lunch together. Feel free to bring your own bottle of win to make your lunch even better!

This class is also suitable for children over the age of 12 years old.

Diana was born and raised in a small town in Northern Italy between Milan and the Como Lake, and lived there for most of her life. After she moved to Switzerland, England and the Netherlands, she moved back to Italy then moved to States five years ago with her husband Marcello and three children.

Food has always been relevant in her household, just like any other Italian family. In fact, she talks about dinner while eating lunch and tomorrow’s lunch while enjoying dinner!

Diana has a true passion for teaching and cooking. Having lived in five different countries and speaking five foreign languages has allowed her to embrace different cultures incorporating them in her cooking classes.

Today, she teaches cooking around Jacksonville retail businesses and restaurants as well as private classes in her customers’ kitchens. She also teaches Italian and English as a foreign language.She’s convinced more people should have experiences like hers, authentic meals, the finest espresso, the best pizza and fresh homemade pasta and the joy of living in Jacksonville like an authentic Italian!
