Working on a project you can't seem to get a grip of? or simply just tired of struggling with the dreaded self-doubt that seems to keep getting in the way of accomplishing some of your dreams? Join us at our first ever virtual panel event, where we will be discusing and navigating through some of the ways we could potentially overcome self-doubt collectively as women. Our amazing panel will feauture a series of guest speakers from different backgrounds, who will be taking us along on some of their unique and memorable journeys so far. We absolutely look foward to seeing you all there!

Ayana Mack  is a Visual Artist and a Senior Graphic Designer from Boston, MA. For nearly ten years, she has worked with early-stage and has helped establish businesses/organizations with a focus on brand development, print marketing, merchandise, product design and more. As an artist, she creates bright and texture-rich work to enrich communities and uplift individuals. Inspired by personal experiences, black culture, and self-love, she shares essential messages through art while inspiring others to discover their passion. In between her busy shcedule, she enjoys watching cooking shows and documentaries on Netflix.

Alexandra Bastein is a licensed cosmetologist, educator, wig maker and bridal hair stylist originally from New York and based in Boston. She currently runs a beauty lounge and is dedicated toward making women look and feel beautiful in their skin. With over seven years of experience, she's been given the opportunity to work and train with celebrity stylists. She owes most of her drive and success to her Haitian upbringing as well as the strong and hardworking women in her family who have influenced her growing up. She hopes to inspire young women to be confident  in starting businesses within the beauty industry.

Crystal Evuleocha is the Co-founder and CEO of Kliit Health. A digital Health platform providing young multicultural women with on demand access to health professionals to answer their sexual and reproductive health questions. She is an experienced entrepreneur, turned health tech professional with over 6 years of business development and legal expertise in healthcare regulation and administration. She has a  passion for women's health equity and serving multicultural young girls and women. Her work includes creating safe spaces for underrepresented women to receive better healthcare options, aid, and resources through Kliit's non-profit arm: The Kliit Gives Foundation. She is the last child and only girl of six and enjoys doing her own nails and hair.

Modupe Ajala is a Data analyst and a Master's degree student originally from Lagos, Nigeria. She studies at UMass lowell where she is completing a master's degree in Data Analytics, and works on a suplpy chain analytics project with Dell technologies. In the past, she has ventured on various projects and is currently working on research centered around Domestic violence and Police legitimacy on African Immigrant women living in the United States. Through this, she hopes to empower and give voices to the many underrepresented immigrant women struggling with oppression across the country. In her spare  time she really enjoys travelling and is open to new ideas and oppurtunities that will continue to encourage her grow and challenge herself.
