Meet Our Speakers:

Heather Maio

Heather Maio is the author of "Not Another Diet Book," the host of the Magic Mindset podcast, and, with her husband, owner of New York Sport and Fitness. Additionally, she founded Nourished, a coaching service dedicated to empowering women to feel and live at their best. Her passion is helping women reach their goals through cultivating self-awareness, a better relationship with self, discipline, and grace.

Christy Forsyth

Christy Forsyth is the owner of Clarity by Christy, providing spiritual services virtually and at her office in Elmira, NY. She is an intuitive reader, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Life Coach, Energy Healing Practitioner, and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. She combines all of this experience and training to create a service she calls Soul Therapy, an intuitively-led life coaching experience. Throughout her life's work, Christy has dedicated herself to helping people to heal and to achieve their highest potential.

Gretchen Jacobs

Gretchen Jacobs is the owner of Gretchen Jacobs Coaching. She is a dedicated advocate for women's empowerment, committed to helping them break free from the cycle of suffering and reclaim their happiness. For over four decades, Gretchen struggled with feelings of inadequacy and unhappiness, despite academic and professional success. It wasn't until she faced a crisis in her life that she realized the need for change. Through dedicated learning and training, Gretchen discovered how to break free from destructive patterns and end her own suffering. Today, she proudly embraces her roles as a fierce AF mom, wife, sister, friend, and coach, empowering women to create genuine happiness and fulfillment in their lives.
