🌹Join us for a heart-opening morning of connection, stillness, and inner nourishment as we gather in sacred sisterhood to honour International Women’s Day.

☕️ We begin the circle with ceremonial-grade Cacao, a gentle yet powerful plant medicine known to open the heart, quiet the mind, and deepen presence. With the help of this sacred elixir, you will be guided through a power animal meditation. A soulful inner journey to meet the energies and qualities you most need to embody right now.

🌿 This is followed by sacred sharing, a deeply held space where each woman is invited to speak from her heart, be witnessed without judgement, and feel the healing power of being heard. No advice. No fixing. Just presence.

🌀 We then close our circle with a deeply restful meditation and Reiki healing to integrate the experience . Allowing your body to soften, your mind to slow, and your spirit to rekindle its light.
