Get ready to let loose and celebrate your body through the power of dance! This event is exclusively for ladies who want to embrace their unique beauty and have a blast. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or simply love to move, this monthly class is all about feeling confident and having some self-care via movement.

Her Dance Space is not just about dancing; it's about cultivating space for women to love their body through dance. We believe that every woman deserves to feel comfortable and proud in her own skin. So, put on something that makes you feel confident and dance like nobody's watching!

Song: "True Love" by Wizkid ft. Tay Iwar and Projexx

Attire : We don’t want any of your gorgeous body details to get lost underneath baggy clothes so be sure to wear something “whine appropriate” (fitted or cropped) so we can see your waist movements.

Frequently asked questions

Can I attend if i'm not an advanced dancer?

Of course!! This class is more about embracing your body and leaning into the movements to celebrate it. Although we will be doing choreography, it is very beginner friendly- plus it's a no judgement zone regardless.

How should I dress?

The attire is open to you but it's recommended that for this dance you don't wear any overly baggy shirts (so you can easily see waist movements that will be included in this dance)

Where should I park when I arrive?

There is a parking lot across the street from the gym, as well as street parking along Oakdale St.

What shoes should I wear?

Jazz shoes, socks, or bare feet

Is this class ladies only?

Yes- in order to create a very safe, no judgement space this is for ladies only.
