HER CIRCLE

Our support group is a welcoming, judgment-free community for women navigating separation, divorce, and co-parenting. Whether you're at the beginning of your journey, in the midst of difficult transitions, or adjusting to a new normal, you'll find a safe space to connect with others who understand.

Together, we share experiences, offer encouragement, explore practical tools for managing change, and build healthy strategies for co-parenting and personal growth. Our focus is on healing, resilience, and creating a positive path forward for yourself and, when applicable, for your family.

This group is open to women at all stages of separation, divorce, and co-parenting. Whether you're looking for support, meaningful connections, or simply a place where you feel heard, you'll be welcomed with compassion and respect.

The group is facilitated by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Resident in Counseling, who provide a supportive, compassionate environment grounded in professional expertise and evidence-based practices.

GROUP TOPIC/ DATES and Details:

You're welcome to join sessions based on your needs and availability. However, Her Circle is intentionally designed as a six-session support group, with each session building on the last. We encourage participants to attend all six sessions to gain the full benefit of the program, foster meaningful connections, and support lasting growth and healing.
