Her Circle is a women’s networking collective designed to foster meaningful connection, clarity, and confidence—in business, finances, and life. We believe that when women gather with intention, conversations turn into collaboration, and connection becomes confidence.

Each gathering creates space for thoughtful conversations, inspiring stories, and genuine networking with women who are building intentional lives and making a positive impact—both personally and professionally.

Each month, Her Circle proudly highlights a local women-led or women-focused nonprofit.

Donations are always welcome—whether monetary or supplies—to support their continued impact in our community.

We are so excited to be highlighting this month's guest-speaker: Jessica Hackney | Franchise Owner of Hydrate IV Bar!

Health and wellness have always been important to Jessica. Through her love of helping people, specifically children, she spent most of her career as a Pediatric ICU and Cardiac ICU Nurse.

After more than 15 years working in hospitals as a Registered Nurse, Jessica founded Hydrate IV Bar. Through fellow nurses, she was introduced to the business: first as a client and later as an employee. While helping clients focus on their health and wellness through vitamin IVs and injections, Jessica found her true passion - promoting wellness from within as a Franchise Owner. Hydrate IV Bar, founded in Denver, CO in 2016, offered the perfect opportunity for Jessica to venture into small business ownership.

Rooted 303 empowers individuals to heal and thrive through a strong, supportive community, one-on-one Peer Coaching, and trauma-informed Counseling services. Our mission is to remove barriers to well-being, normalize the healing journey, and promote overall health and wellness. We believe true transformation happens through connection, and we are here to walk alongside each person, ensuring they never have to navigate their path alone.

At Rooted 303, we recognize the deep connection between addiction, mental health, and trauma. Our trained Counselors and Peer Coaches provide trauma-informed, compassionate care, focusing on root causes and reclaiming your life, rather than just symptoms. Using evidence-based techniques and lived experience, we create a supportive environment for healing and lasting recovery. Whether seeking help for yourself or a loved one, our team is here to guide you toward a healthier, more fulfilling future.
