Help on the Path

Overview

Isa is back with a new series, focused on questions about Buddhism, themes arising in therapy, & insights & perspectives from plant medicine

Practice Instruction with Isa Gucciardi

Select Tuesdays, Feb. 24, May 12, Sept. 22, & Dec. 8

Isa is back with a new series, this time focusing on your questions about Buddhist practice, themes arising in therapy, insights & perspectives from plant medicine, and inquiries into any aspect of your personal or spiritual development.

Khensur Rinpoche Thupten Tenzin—former abbot of Gyuoto Tantric Monastery and a close colleague of Isa—once said that anything that increases awareness is the dharma. In that same spirit, Isa offers her guidance on any questions that arise along your spiritual path.

Each gathering includes a short teaching and meditation focused on the paramitas followed by an extended Q&A.

For over 30 years, Isa has worked in the clinical counseling setting of Depth Hypnosis, a healing model she developed to help people understand the challenges they face as profound teachers on the path to awakening. Depth Hypnosis blends principles from shamanism, Buddhism, energy medicine, transpersonal psychology and hypnotherapy to address a wide range of issues—from depression and addiction to relationship challenges, spiritual emergence, and more. Isa is known for her clear, penetrating questions that help people uncover answers they didn’t realize they already carried within them.

Come with your questions—and discover where they lead.

Suggested donation $15 - $30. All are welcome. No one is ever turned away for lack of funds.
