Class is usually1 hour and 15 minutes long.  Please arrive at 1:55 to find your seat.

Will the coffee shop be open during the class

No, the coffee shop closes at 2 pm, so if you want to get a coffee before the class starts, please arrive early to get your drink before 2 pm.
