Hellbond : Dancing with the SpiritsAn experimental live performance inspired by the imaginative and elaborate portrayal of Hell in Chinese Folk Religion. Chaotic yet orderly, Hell is a place full of surprises. It is also a rite of passage for all souls, good or bad, to pass through in order to reincarnate into a new life. Dancers and musicians from all over East Asia, with an eclectic range of traditional and modern artistry, will come together to create an immersive and interactive experience for you! You are invited to navigate your way through the labyrinth of chambers in Hell as you encounter these exciting performances along the way. As a performance artist being a part of society, I asked myself what can I bring, share, and give back to the community as a gift? (Free)All Ages - Mask Required Indoors - Street Parking Free after 6pm and Limited Parking in Lot available.Accessibility information - Upon arrival there is a short flight of stairs to get into the lobby/1st floor of the building and then a flight of stairs down to the basement which hosts the exhibition space. Bathrooms are located on the first and basement levels. The Exhibition space has 2 rooms which are connected by a doorway and has a small ramp. There is limited seating in the lobby area and exhibition area but we have a few folding chairs available on request.
