HELL YES FEST has been THE New Orleans Comedy Festival since it launched in 2011.It's never the same event twice, with headliners ranging from Sarah Silverman to Hasan Minhaj, Nikki Glaser to Neal Hamburger. Some years we bring out the best improv and sketch comedy groups, too. One time we built a show around Amy Heckerling (write/director of "Clueless") and another we had Joey Greco (the host of "Cheaters"). We're telling you, HELL YES FEST is weird, beautiful, and bizarre.

His comedy has been filmed by Comedy Central, MTV, NBC/Seeso, and FOX and his most recent special Feels Like Matt Ruby (NY Times: "Funny") is available on YouTube. His two albums, Feels Like Matt Ruby and Hot Flashes are in regular rotation on Sirius and also went top 10 on the iTunes Comedy charts. He's also been featured on CNN, The Huffington Post, New York, and Time Out. He's a regular at the legendary Comedy Cellar and co-produces Hot Soup, one of NYC’s longest running independently produced comedy shows. He also performs all over the country and internationally too (e.g. England, France, Holland, Israel, Canada, etc.) and has appeared at festivals including SXSW, Bridgetown, NY Comedy Festival, and the Boston Comedy Festival. Outside of standup, he's the creator of Vooza, a video comic strip about the tech world that’s received millions of view and was called the "The Spinal Tap of startups" by Mashable.
