Come join us for a fun-filled Easter event at Miami Valley South Stadium! Get ready for an exciting day of egg hunting as we drop thousands of colorful eggs from a helicopter. Bring your family and friends for a day of laughter, food trucks, raffles, and onsite vendors. Don't miss out on this unique experience that will create lasting memories for everyone. See you there!

Easter Egg Drop Participation & Liability Waiver Agreement-Upon entering the event.

Each Participant needs to be listed. All information needs to be filled out and will be verified prior to the event. 

I acknowledge that the participation in the activity for the helicopter easter egg drop involves risk to the participant and the participants parents or guardians, and may result in various types of injury including, but not limited to, the following: sickness, exposure to infectious/communicable disease, bodily injury, death, emotional injury, personal injury, property damage, and financial damage. 

In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the activity, the participant or parent/guardian acknowledges and accepts the risk of injury associated with participation in the activity. The participant and parent or guardian accepts both personal and financial responsibility for any injury or other loss sustained during the activity/event, as well as any medical treatment rendered to the participant that is authorized by the sponsor or its agents, employees, volunteers, or any other representatives associated with the event. Furthermore, the participant, parent/guardian, releases & promises to indemnify themselves, defend, and hold harmless the activity sponsor and all other associations for the event for any injury arising directly or indirectly out of the described activity. 

Photography & Video Acknowledgement

I hereby give permission to all associations involved in the Easter Egg Drop to use all the participants, parents, & guardians in photographs and videos in all forms and media, whether its electronic, print, digital, new outlets, or any advertising, and other lawful purposes. I understand that by attending this event and entering into the event premises that photos/videos of me, the parent/guardian and minors attending with me, may be taken and used on social media platforms, news outlets, and promotional material. I understand that I have no right to any legal recourse for myself and minors against anyone using images from this event.
