HELD | Nervous System Regulation for Overwhelmed Minds & Bodies

A calm, nurturing space for overloaded minds and bodies — because your nervous system needs holding too.


If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tense, emotionally flat, burnt out, or like your body just won’t switch off, this space is for you.


HELD is a 2.5-hour nervous system regulation workshop designed to help you slow down, soften, and return to a sense of safety within your body. This is not about pushing, fixing, or forcing release — it’s about creating the conditions your body needs to gently let go.


The session weaves together grounding, body-led practices that support deep rest and regulation, including:


✨ Gentle yin yoga to soften the body and release held tension

✨ Soft somatics and healing touch to support emotional and nervous system release

✨ A sound bath and deep rest to calm the mind and settle the system

✨ A cacao welcome and a slow, supported close to integrate and ground


This is a space to finally exhale, feel supported, and allow your body to come out of survival mode — without expectation, performance, or pressure.


HELD is facilitated by Leanne Holt, Founder of BRHAIVE, a salon and wellness brand centred around guilt-free self-care and nervous system regulation, alongside co-facilitator Wonder & Fern Yoga. Together, they create a warm, safe and deeply supportive environment where you can rest, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
