Sasha believes in the sacred nature of dance and focuses on using movement as a form of self-exploration, creative expression, and healing. When it comes to heels classes, Sasha is dedicated to creating safe and nurturing spaces for dancers and non-dancers to feel empowered and connected with their bodies.
