All levels of dance experience welcome. AGES 18+ (yes, any age over 18! If you're 50+, you're also welcome!). NO HEELS DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. SIGN UP IN ADVANCE • SPACE IS LIMITED! SEE YOU SOON👠 A little about me:Hi friends! I’m a dancer, teacher of yoga+qigong, and an acupuncturist/ holistic doctor! As a former gymnast and ballerina, dance class was the way I kept my spirit alive during many years of graduate school. The higher my stress, the more I danced - so I ended up dancing A LOT 😂 . Dance is my “other life”, my alter ego, my safe space to express my wild side. This SAFE SPACE is what I want to bring to you. Yes, you’ll learn how to look hot dancing and move your body - but you’ll also meet incredible women who will support your self-expression. If you’re scared, let this be your encouragement to break through and COME TRY! All are welcome. CLASS IS LOCATED AT THEATRE RALEIGH, 6638 Old Wake Forest Rd. Raleigh, NC ( we will be in the Elizabeth Grimes Droessler Rehearsal Hall). Staff will greet you in the lobby! There is free parking at the front of the building.
