This Pride Month run of Hedwig and the Angry Inch will be held at The Electric Lodge in Venice Beach, CA [1416 Electric Ave, Venice, CA 90291] just off Abbot Kinney. There is a free parking lot at the venue, in addition to free/metered parking on Electric Avenue and the two surrounding cross streets.
Seating is based on general admission, so be sure to arrive at least 15-30 minutes before showtime to grab your desired seat. There are no bad seats in the house! No outside food or drinks are allowed inside the theatre with the exception of bottled water. We will have a cocktail hour before the performance, including interactive activities and a concession stand with snacks and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
Jack Boyle’s electrifying version of HEDWIG stars Tyler Marshall as Hedwig and Adelaide Bass as Yitzhak. The Angry Inch Band features Robbie Simmons leading the band on keys(Skszp), Joaquin Garde on guitar(Krzysztof), Leora Malka on bass(Jacek), and returning Season 10 member Danny Minshall on drums(Schlatko). On design, we have Megan Trapani’s set, Ella Nelson with costume, and hair and make-up by Acacia Forgot and Austie Cosmetics!
