Ages 18+ ONLY!

In this class, participants will learn to make gorditas, a traditional round masa pocket filled with your favorite savory filling.

We will cover the processof making masa from nixtamal, grinding maize to make masa dough for us to later mold into thick tortilla-like gorditas that will be cooked up in our infamous rotating comal.
