We will be meeting at at the Studio during the month of June until weather is more consistent.

Join us for a beautiful multi-sensory meditation practice that will leave you feeling more in flow with a deeper connection to yourself, your life and others.

EVERYONE is welcome to join, as we are a warm and inclusive community.

Arrive by 8:50am to have time to settle in, the studio has chairs, yoga mats and cushions.

Our meditation will begin at 9am.

Frequently asked questions

Where is the meditation?

We will be meeting at the concrete circular deck that is directly behind the Don Armeni Boat Ramp Public Restrooms. Here there is a stunning eastern view that includes the city and the direction of the sunrise. Bathrooms are accessible. Bring a comfy cushion/seat/camping chair and a blanket.

Who leads the meditation?

Maari Falsetto, founder of Inner Alchemy, Treasures and Transformation will be guiding the meditation.

What if the weather does not permit being outdoors?

We will move our meditation back to the studio located at located at 3618 SW Alaska Street, Seattle 98126. The entrance is on 37th Ave Sw, on the lower level of the building. There is an Inner Alchemy sign to the right of the door.
