In the past l've relied heavily on external validation to feel good about my body inside and out. This sequence has been specifically designed to crack open our emotions through music frequencies, movement and meditation.Traditional yoga classes are taught with music that removes lyrics to avoid influencing your emotions, this class intentionally curates sounds and rhythms intended to tap into self-love and your inner sensuality.Targeting hip movement and mobility alongside a full body sequence this class is perfect for folks looking to move their bodies and enjoy going inward.
