We suggest loose comfortable clothing as you will be sweaty leaving the sauna (and putting on leggings after a sauna sesh is a cardio activity on its own).

90 minutes of complimentary parking available on the 1st floor of the Standard Assembly garage or 60 minutes of complimentary parking available in the open gravel lot by Dozen. Be sure to scan / get a ticket for both options to ensure you don't get a parking ticket.

Can I participate if pregnant?

You can participate in the guided meditation but not the infrared sauna portion of the evening. As always, consult your physician.
