Heartland Central Coast Prom- Heartland Charter School

You are invited to a “Starry, Starry Night” full of fun, dancing, games, food, and friends! The festivities will begin at 6:00 PM at the beautiful Maker’s Son venue in Los Alamos and end at 9:00 PM. Fiesta food bar will be provided throughout the evening as well as specialty drinks and a dessert bar. If dancing is not your thing, we will have games available. We will have a fantastic deejay and a photo op area for posed and candid shots.

Parents are welcome to come inside from 6:00-6:15pm to take photos. The city of Los Alamos has a variety of restaurants for parents to relax and spend time while they wait for the dance to end.

Heartland high school students (9th-12th grade) may bring guests from 9th grade up to age 20. Tickets will start at $80 and increase to $85 on April 12, so purchase early and save!

Students are expected to stay on the premises for the entire dance unless a parent signs them out early. Students who drive themselves to the event may check themselves out.

This is a drop-off event. Heartland HSTs will be chaperoning. It is required that students and guests purchase a ticket. Heartland students must fill out THIS JOTFORM WAIVER before coming. All guests (Not enrolled in Heartland) must complete our Guest Waiver and email it to Megan Young at Megan.young@heart landcharterschool.c om."

Refunds will not be given. As a courtesy, if you are sick or unable to attend , please get in touch with the teacher who planned the event to let them know.

May I pay using my funds? No tickets for this event must be paid for out of pocket.

Does this trip have any height, weight, and age restrictions? This event is for Heartland High School students and their guests only. If you purchase a ticket for a student not in at least 9th, the student will not be able to attend, and you will not receive a refund. Each guest must also purchase a ticket.

What are the check-in procedures? Students will bring their ID cards to the welcome/checkin table at the venue. Students can check in starting at 5:30pm. You may purchase a photo ID here.

Is there on-site parking available? Parking is free.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? No outside food or drinks.
