On the 1st Monday of every month at 6:00, we will gather together as a small group and allow the loving energy of Reiki and powerful words from a guided meditation to open our hearts. Reiki and Guided Meditation work together to help relieve undesired stress. The soothing energy from Reiki calms the nervous system, settles the mind and soothes the heart.
The magic of a circle allows our inner wisdom, innate knowing, and deep reconnection to flow through.

You may chose to experience the Heart to Heart journey sitting or lying. Bring whatever you need to be comfy on the cool brick floor of the wine cellar (ie: pillow, yoga mat, sleeping bag, meditation cushion, blanket, eye covers). Seating is available for anyone who would like to be seated.
