The techniques we'll practice are the ancient and scientifically proven techniques of breathwork and meditation.


Before that voice in your head says "nah bro, that's not for me" let me tell you that the breathwork and meditation I'm talking about is NOT what you're probably thinking...


It's not sitting cross-legged, humming, listening to chimes and flutes and meditative tones. It's not practicing any certain religion or praying to a specific god.


The style of breathwork that I teach combines the music you already listen to before games to get hyped, focused, and relaxed with the breathing, relaxation, and meditation techniques that are used by elite players around the world.


I know this works and that hoopers love it, because I've talked to Pros about their practices, what works for them, when they use it, why they use it, and how it's helped them perform at their best in their sport and in their life!


Check out this example of me guiding NFL Running Back Deuce Vaughnn and 1,000 students to a rhythm breathing exercise that uses Duece's got to pregame warmup song.
