We are excited to bring our patient families together with Heart Institute staff and their families for a fun day at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden on July 13.
Schedule and Lunch
- On the day of the event, guests will check in with Heart Institute staff at the main zoo entrance between 10am-12pm to get their zoo tickets.
TICKETS WILL BE HANDED OUT AT THE MAIN ZOO ENTRANCE FROM 10AM-12PM ONLY. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PICKUP YOUR ZOO TICKETS AFTER 12PM.
- Once inside the zoo, guests are free to explore at their leisure.
- Lunch will be served between 11:30am-1:00pm at the picnic shelters.
- The Heart Institute has reserved the Azalea, Jasmine, Lotus and Orchid Picnic shelters from 11:00am-1:30pm
- There will be an animal encounter at the Azalea, Jasmine, Lotus and Orchid Picnic shelters from 12:00-12:15pm
- Lunch will include burgers and hot dogs as well as other picnic-style food and drinks.
- For any dietary restrictions, guests are responsible for providing their own food.
- There is no formal presentation or schedule so guests can continue to enjoy the zoo after lunch.

- Parking is included with zoo tickets.
- Simply present zoo ticket to the parking attendant
