Heart Essence Yoga

Gather for an immersive and rejuvenating session of Heart Essence Yoga at Lajja Yoga! Treat your body with a gentle flow led by Dr. Dana Lockhart, followed by a meditation led by Eamon Walker with practical guidance to deepen our sacred perception of body, sound, and mind.

After meditation we will rest and integrate with a sound bath performed by Dana.
