On this special Journey we will work with heart energy.
A guided meditation to dive into ourselves, followed by a cacao ceremony in which you can write down your intention to which you will dedicate the practices.
From the cacao that opens the heart and stimulates our vital energy, we will delve into the movements that allow us to enter into a free and heartfelt dance as you are.
From the movement we will slowly enter a phase of relaxation by lying on the mats and surrendering to the sound and powerful vibrations of the Tibetan therapeutic singing bowls.
At the end of the sound journey, reiki will follow where you can be touched at your feet - heart - belly according to where the energy is required.
With therapeutic essences you will slowly return to the present moment.
At the end of our journey we will have time for a break with cake & tea and share the experience we will take with us.
