This free event is limited to 30 attendees so please RSVP to confirm your place.Event Moderator: Chef Kyla Tuori, Unilever Food Solutions Corporate Chef Panelists:1) Chef Alin Gavril, Multi-international culinary award winning chef who currently works as an Executive chef at Delta Toronto East by Marriott, Canada. Chef Alin`s management style is leading by example and he inspires his team members to deliver to the best of their abilities. He believes that if he is patient and takes the time to teach his team, they will enjoy what they do and will do their best. 2) Chef Ariel Coplan, Co-Founder of Not 9 to 5*, Ariel is an executive chef, restauranteur, and consultant. 3) Hassel Aviles, Co-Founder of Not 9 to 5*, Hassel has 15+ years of culinary FOH experience focused on restaurants, events and entrepreneurship.4) Andrew Harkness, Strategy Advisor, Organizational Health Initiatives-Workplace Safety. 
Andrew is a recognized leader in workplace mental harm prevention and an advocate for raising awareness for psychological hazard prevention leading to mental injury or harm with 26 years experience in occupational health and safety consulting, training, and auditing. 
*Not 9 to 5 is a Canadian non-profit aimed at increasing awareness about mental health and addiction in the hospitality, food and beverage service industry.
