Do you ever want to hit the reset button and feel more in tune with your body? That is what #HealthyAF is all about this month! We have partnered with wellness food company Mēle and local Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Maya Bach to take you through a guided meditation followed by an open conversation about health, wellness and connecting your mind/body to get the most out of your life and fitness goals.
