About Marissa Ivana:

Marissa Ivana brings 20+ years of dance and fitness experience to the mat. She is a former NBA dancer, Ubisoft dancer, WSB (World Series of pro boxing) dancer and obè fitness (online streaming) trainer with extensive fitness training, including certifications by Technogym, Barre by Exhale, YogaSculpt by Corepower. Functional Fitness by Tribe Team Training, Tracy Anderson Method teacher training and more. Marissa is the Founder of wellness company Mivana Move (hosting private fitness events), a private dance and gymnastics trainer for kids, and teaches hot sculpt, hot hiit and barre sculpt classes in NYC and the Hamptons (group fitness and private training). She has partnered with big brands like LoveShackFancy, carbon38, Athleta, Facegym, free people movement, higher dose, dr Dennis gross, Alala, Samsung and so many more! Her classes are creatively sequenced, beat based, challenging, and highly addictive! Her passion for fitness, dance and love of community come together in one unique Sculpt workout, which fuses multiple fitness styles (barre, Pilates, dance conditioning, functional fitness, etc).
