Hosted activities will begin Wednesday evening, and conclude Saturday evening. All active and engaged Coaches are invited to attend.

The Summit includes: Coach specific training, education on HealthTree Foundation tools & resources, and learning from specialists. This annual event gathers Coaches in person to network, learn and enjoy beautiful Park City, UT.

What are the requirements to attend the Summit as a Coach?

What is the required dress for the event?

Business casual clothing with layers to accommodate the room's temperature is recommended. The temperatures in Park City in July are typically in the high 80's during the day and in the 50's in the evening.

Is the symphony dress any different?

A light jacket and comfortable shoes to walk on grass are recommended to attend the outdoor symphony concert.

Are caregivers, or +1, able to attend the Summit with the Coach?

Yes! We welcome caregivers to attend and participate in the Summit. Our budget allows us to cover costs for Coaches to attend (airfare, hotel, meals & entertainment),so while caregivers may participate in the Summit at no cost, they will need to cover their cost for meals, entertainment and travel.

What is the cost for the caregivers, +1 attendance?

Meals and entertainment are $50 per activity. Payment can be made by check, payable to the HealthTree Foundation. These will be collected upon check-in to the event.
