In the past, HealthSpark Foundation has facilitated gatherings for grantees to exchange insights, foster mutual learning, and spark possibilities for new ideas and partnerships. We are motivated to host such an event once again, in person for the most impact.
We view this upcoming gathering as an avenue to forge stronger connections with our grantee partners, acknowledging and honoring the scope of your impactful contributions to our community. We hope to gather input about learnings, needs, and opportunities, including on topics of leadership and organizational development and public policy and advocacy. Additionally, we are keen to receive suggestions on how HealthSpark can best serve as a valuable partner.
This model is also serving as a test drive for staff to try a new process for gathering more meaningful information about project learnings from grantee partners, compared to grantees submitting a written report. Why not learn through collective conversation!
