HealthierHere Community Partner Information Session - Rainier Beach Library

Please join us for an information session to learn how community-based organizations can become part of our countywide effort to improve health equity and outcomes for people and communities in King County, WA.

HealthierHere is a new nonprofit partnership organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people in King County through cross-sector collaboration and innovation. Our first effort is to improve health outcomes for people on Medicaid through a state contract to serve as the Accountable Community of Health for the King County region. We are actively seeking partnerships with community-based organizations as we believe these partnerships are key to the success of this endeavor.

Attending one of our information sessions is an important first step to becoming a HealthierHere Community Partner.
