About this event

  • 1 day 20 hours

Are you seeking a tranquil escape at the end of the year, to rest and rejuvenate after dedicating yourself to caring for others?

As a healthcare professional - whether you're a nurse, social worker, doctor, counsellor, occupational therapist, or community health worker - your role can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also take a significant toll on your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Our two-day and two-night nature retreat is carefully designed to nurture your well-being, incorporating nature-based interventions and activities that foster a sense of calm and clarity.

Bimbi Park is a haven of peace and tranquility and provides the perfect setting to unwind, reflect and reconnect with your inner self. You will connect and share your experiences with fellow healthcare professionals in intimate sharing circles, exploring topics such as compassion fatigue, self-care practices and therapeutic nature based activities all of which are evidence-based.

Throughout the retreat, you'll have ample time to bask in the beauty of nature, enjoying solo moments of contemplation, and engage in mindfulness practices, nature journaling, and creative arts.

As you depart, you'll take with you a personalised vision board for 2025, a self-care plan, and a sense of renewal and growth ready to integrate the lessons and insights from your retreat experience into your daily personal and professional life. What better way is there to give back to yourself?
