Bishop Laura Ahrens invites you to attend our next meeting of the Hospital Healthcare Chaplains Network on Thursday, May 18, at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at Manchester Memorial Hospital and will be hosted by the Rev. Julie Mudge. This gathering is expected to last 2 hours.
Please RSVP via Eventbrite so we know how many people to expect. We look forward to meeting again as a group to share the joys and challenges of serving in the role of a hospital healthcare chaplain.
Some logistical details to assist you on the day of the event:
* Please park in the open visitor parking lot across the street from the main hospital entrance. (No ticket / no fee).
* Sign in: There is no security check or sign in. There is no need to stop at the information desk.
* Directions to meeting:
Come in the main entrance.
Turn left and go to the first elevator on the left.
Push 1 for the first floor.
Turn left out of the elevator and go to the first hall on the left.
We will be meeting in the Nursing Administration Conference Room which is on the left before the end of the hall.

It is overseen by the Rt. Rev. Jeffrey W. Mello, assisted by the Rt. Rev. Laura J. Ahrens. The common meeting space and offices for the bishops and church-wide staff are at The Commons, 290 Pratt Street, Meriden CT. Multiple staff use eventbrite for event registration.
