The vision of C3EN Center is to eliminate disparities of multiple chronic diseases in the Chicago Region so any person can live their life fully regardless of their race, gender, socioeconomic status, and neighborhood.

C3EN's Community Town Halls will have a twofold focus. Firstly, the discussion of high-priority chronic condition-related topics and issues caused by chronic conditions for the community. Secondly, town halls will facilitate joint ideation between community members and researchers of C3EN to create research projects that will help solve issues of chronic diseases and develop infrastructure for the community.
