Step into a journey of rediscovering the balance of health, understanding the root causes of illnesses, exploring the ancient wisdom, and connecting our body, mind, and spirit.
Join us for a series of workshops on body, mind, and spirit on first weekend of each month from April to November 2024 at the Connecticut- Asian Cultural Center.
Discussions and activities will focus on balanced nutrition, incorporating wellness practices such as yoga and tai chi, and relaxation techniques to promote overall physical well-being. Participants will also explore methods to enhance resilience, cultivate positive thinking patterns, and manage stressors effectively. Moreover, we will delve into topics related to spirituality, purpose, and personal growth, with emphasis on the importance of connection to something greater than oneself.

The Connecticut-Asia Cultural Center is engaged in the exchange and education of Asian Cultures. We have many exhibition halls. There are exhibition halls for Buddhist Culture, Confucian Culture, Taoist Culture, Asian Arts and History of the Stone Castle.

Our visiting hours are Saturdays and Sundays, from 10:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. EST, on the first weekend of every month, from April 1 to November 5.
