A Boot Camp for New Health Managers

This BOOTCAMP is geared toward assisting Head Start & Early Head Start to understand the theory and practices that move the program toward total compliance. The Health/Safety Boot Camp Venue has been structured for the first time to provide an intense Bootcamp experience for all service areas in Health, Safety, Nutrition, Mental Health, Disabilities, and Environmental Health Safety. The training is designed to provide a broad range of results indicating that all Health Staff, Disabilities Managers, Nutrition Managers, Family Service Workers, and Maintenance can receive intense training through a boot camp virtual connection. This training is also designed to assist new Administrators in understanding how to support the staff in these areas through retention measures that support everyday service delivery.

This training venue will continue to be setup as a Boot Camp Process through virtual processes. The same information will be given under vigorous training methods, so please come prepared to be present and work. Those in attendance will be given a certificate for those in attendance at all sessions. This live virtual training is a full day of training for all attendees.

As an In-kind contribution to programs, we will give a 6-month free on-demand 2-day training bootcamp video for each attendance program. (The cost of the Video on Demand is $795, which will be given to each program in attendance free as In-Kind to your program.)

This 2-day on-demand video is awesome for new hires and provides ongoing Professional Development training for your staff for six months.

The Boot Camp- 10:00 - 2:00 P.M. EST

Dissecting the Method, The Cause, and Measurable Outcomes under the structural processes in each service delivery area. Designed to broaden the minds of the entire population on the holistic approach to health, safety, disabilities, mental health, nutrition, and environmental health practices.

The intense and rigorous training will be provided on restructuring the entire health, nutrition, and safety service area to meet 100% total compliance that will make the connection through a Mock Review approach. The training will provide intense training materials that will set the stage for mitigating the documentation needed during a federal review in the service areas.

The boot camp will be intense and rigorous as we will provide a linkage to Caring for Children Basics, also help programs design a mechanism through a process to gather data methods and write the written plan that restructures the areas of Health and safety, Nutrition, Mental Health, Disabilities, and Facilities/Environmental Safety through a methodological service delivery approach.

Cost $1495 up to 15 persons per agency
