Who is the event for?

Healing While Functioning: The Reset is designed for women who are emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, burnt out, or navigating life while still showing up for everyone else.

Is this a mental health session?

Accepted Answer

No. This is a wellness and healing-centered experience that incorporates mental health education, guided reflection, therapeutic insight, and emotional wellness activities. It is not a substitute for individual therapy or crisis services.

Question 3

What should I wear?

Cute & Comfortable attire is encouraged. We want guests to feel good, relaxed, grounded,  fully present throughout the experience, and photo ready.

Will food or refreshments be provided?

Light refreshments and small bites will be available during the event.

Question 5

Will the event start on time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We aim to begin promptly to honor the experience and time of all attendees. Guests are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in.

Do I need to bring anything?

Accepted Answer

Just yourself and an open mind. Any materials needed for the experience will be provided. There may also be vendors available for guests who wish to shop . While there is absolutely no pressure to purchase, guests who may want to shop are encouraged to bring a  have cash app, zelle, or paypal.

Is the event refundable?

Please refer to the Eventbrite ticket policy listed on the event page regarding cancellations and refunds.

Will there be opportunities to connect with others?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. While participation is always voluntary, the event intentionally creates space for community, connection, reflection, and shared healing experiences.
