Each walk will include:

Gentle Stretching

Quiet time

Sign up for one day or multiple dates today! Limited to only 6 adults per time slot.

Frequently asked questions

Can I bring a friend?

Only if they sign up to be a part of the limited tix. No additional guests may join once slots are filled.

Is there parking?

Yes, Rittenhouse St, Wissahickon Ave, and Walnut Lane has free parking. Pay attention and obey all street signs. Arrive early to search for parking because once the stretching begins, no calls or text will be answered.

Why only six guests?

The goal is to encourage deep meaningful connections among people who do not feel comfortable in large overstimulating group settings.
