A workshop that will delve into the intersecting link between trauma, substance abuse and domestic violence.

Join us for this in-person workshop designed to provide a supportive &amp; empowering space for individuals on your healing journey.This workshop explores:<ul><li>what trauma is and how it is a risk factor for domestic violence and/or substance use</li><li>how trauma impacts the individual, the family, and the community</li><li>what are some professional and self-help strategies available for alleviating and preventing trauma</li></ul> FREE event. Food will be provided. All are welcome to this safe space.Brought to you by Peer Services, Erie Family Health Centers, and YWCA Evanston/North Shore.
