Come join us in this powerful breathwork workshops that are uniquely designed to give you a first hand experience of the power of your very own breath to release what is no longer serving you, heal your suppressed emotions, and reach expanded states of consciousness where you can experience ecstatic bliss and connection with all that is.

Most people can find it difficult to completely allow themselves to let go all the way in their home environment, especially if there are always people around. The benefit of attending a breathwork workshop in person with us is that we are very good at creating a sense of safety in the spaces we hold so that you can allow your need for control to dissolve and fully surrender to the process.

When you feel safe to let go, which most haven’t done since their childhood, you allow the body to naturally move out this unprocessed energy/emotion/trauma by using your breath in very specific ways to target the limbic system in your brain, where all of your "emotional baggage" is stored.

We know that almost all dis-ease stems from tension and inflammation due to unprocessed emotion that we hold in our bodies as well as subconscious beliefs that hold us back from truly living a life of freedom, joy, fulfillment, and purpose. The specific breathwork sessions we do in these events are designed to trigger the limbic system in your brain which holds these subconscious beliefs that keep you trapped in groundhog day. The power of your breath allows for unwiring synaptic connections so that you can re-imprint the subconscious beliefs you DO want and create new synaptic connections.

The other major benefit to breathwork as opposed to other self healing modalities including meditation or other forms of therapy is that it works immediately and quickly. Unlike learning how to properly meditate, you don’t have to have any prior experience with breathwork and you don’t have to spend hours on top of hours trying to figure out (with your analytical brain) what is stored when. Your breath does the work for you!

These workshops include a little bit of teaching, some instruction, intention setting, a little movement, and then a powerful hour long breathwork session, specifically designed to release suppressed emotion and then reach altered states of consciousness so that you can connect with your own intuition, essence, and the truth of who you really are. It is followed by some opportunities for sharing and asking questions and then we offer some simple integration tools for when you go home.

These workshops can get very intense as the more people surrender to the process, the releases can include crying, laughing, screaming, and movement of the body. If you are uncomfortable with any of these things, we don’t recommend starting with an in person workshop and would suggest you start with one of our online breathwork sessions.

This workshop is recommended for those that:

-Have tried other traditional forms of therapy but still struggle

-Experience chronic pain or suffer from autoimmune disorders

-Desire to connect with your higher self/soul

-Suffer from depression/anxiety or lack of purpose

-Struggle with staying in constant states of fight or flight/sympathetic response

-Desire community of people wanting to elevate their level of consciousness

-Looking for more meaning/purpose in life

-Lack clarity or direction for what you want in life


What to bring:

All you need to bring is some eye shades (highly recommended!) and your own yoga mat if you prefer to use your own. We also recommend not eating any food for at least 2 hours before the workshop starts. Bring a journal or something to write on for before and after the sesion.

Wear comfortable clothes and prepare to either get a little cold or to generate some heat. Everyone experiences this differently in these breathwork sessions so maybe bring a sweatshirt that you can take off if you get warm and some comfy yoga pants. If you tend to get cold, you can also bring your own blanket.
