Whatever makes you feel most cozy and relaxed. Recommended: Yoga Mat, Water, Pillow, Eye Mask, Blanket. I will have some extra items for guests who forget but limited amounts.

How should I dress?

Cozy again! Sweats, Yoga Apparel, whatever is comfy! You may want to bring some fuzzy or warm socks too.

I've never gone to a sound bath before, what should I expect?

The crystal bowl sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience that primarily engages your senses through sound and vibration. Many people describe this sensation as a subtle, soothing energy that helps release tension and promotes a profound sense of calm.

How often should I attend Sound Baths?

As often as you'd like. Right now I will be conducting them at this location 2x per month, but I hope to increase them depending on demand in the area!
