Cultivate Harmony within your mind, body and spirit on this Wellness & Adventure Retreat nestled on the hillside edge of the serene Caribbean village of Castara. Surrounded by rainforests, waterfalls and seas. This is the ideal place to reset during the Summer Solstice and release during the Full Moon in Capricorn.

In addition to Healing in Harmony through yoga, meditation and breathwork, we will also invest time exploring the beautiful preserved island of Tobago. With water excursions, local activities, space to dance and time to be still all on the itinerary, this retreat will leave you feeling restored, aligned and fulfilled

Do I have to have yoga experience to participate in this retreat?

No. All yoga and meditation classes are optional. This is your retreat, so you can do as much or as little as you’d like. However classes are curated to accommodate all levels including beginners.

Which airport do I fly into?

You’ll fly in and out of the ANR Robinson International Airport. The airport code is TAB. Details for flight booking will be provided.

Do I need a passport to visit Tobago?

Yes. Your passport must also have at least one blank page for entry stamp and must be valid at least 6 months beyond the duration of your trip.

Do I need vaccinations for Tobago?

No
