In honor of Women's History Month, Mova Nature is celebrating by hosting our first wellness event - "Healing Her."

&quot;﻿Healing Her&quot; is a wellness focused event celebrating women, the womb, and feminine/masculine energy balance. All are welcomed that identify with/as a woman. T﻿he purpose of this event is to celebrate healing, sisterhood, releasing, and preparation of the upcoming season in our lives. We will be guided through meditation and sound bowl healing with master yoga practitioner Michelle Blu, of Michelle Blu Kemetic Yoga and Art studio. Our hope is that this event helps to bring you to center, helps you release what no longer serves you, and energizes you for the next season in your life. A﻿se&#x27;
