I am wellness worker in Columbus, Ohio. I aspire to share holistic practices and approaches to life with those interested in expanding their knowledge. I am a dancer, doula, reiki practitioner, school teacher (dance, wellness, yoga), and yoga practitioner (asna and pranayama).
