Healing Expression: Intuitive Writing + Drawing Workshop
A workshop for healing through intuitive writing, movement, and expressive drawing.
In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll use writing and drawing as tools for emotional release, grounding, and inner healing.
Through guided free-writing exercises, you’ll begin to recognize feelings that may be held beneath the surface, allowing them to move through you with clarity and compassion.
Gentle somatic movement will support you in reconnecting with your body, softening areas of tension, and opening space for expression. We’ll explore intuitive drawing with the whole body—using large, flowing marks and gestures as a way to release emotions that words can’t fully hold. Together, these practices create a nurturing container for self-expression, helping you access your authentic voice and a deeper sense of wholeness.
You'll come away with a renewed sense of creative freedom, tools to release stuck emotions, and a deeper connection to your authentic voice through writing, movement, and intuitive drawing.
No experience needed—just curiosity and an open mind!
