This event offers a safe space for you to explore your emotions, express yourself creatively, and embark on a journey of self-discovery. Through various art techniques and exercises, you will uncover hidden aspects of yourself and find inner peace. No artistic skills required, just an open heart and mind. Come and nurture your soul through the power of art therapy!

The goal of Art healing is to improve wellbeing and mentalk health by helping manage overwhelming feelings and stress. Escape from work and find a safe place to heal. To gain positive changes and rewiring in the brain. We all need a helping hand when life gets tough, and the experience of creating a new piece of artwork, making movement, and touching paint & brush through your fingers can be a big stress-reliever. The act of creation is a powerful tool that can lead to increased self-esteem, self-awareness, and calm. Most importantly find inner strenghthen within us and take in control of power back in life.

Art can bring meaning to complex emotions and feelings. Finding ways to materialize aspects of your life that can’t be summed up in words can stimulate healing. These attributes have made art therapy an effective approach to helping decreasing the symptoms of PTSD and depression. It promotes self-discovery and healing by helping individuals tap into their deepest emotions and subconscious thoughts in a safe, supportive setting. The artworks created help convey what the artist might find difficult to say out loud, making them feel heard and validated.

Dr. Ursano said that art, in the form of drawing or in the form of words, can be a very important component of recovery from traumatic stress. In fact, Dr. Ursano said drawing is often used to treat children, since they often lack the vocabulary to express their emotions.

To relieve the concerns, we collabrate with local organizations to develop evidence-based, creative expression programs that help improve personal and public health.

The class program provides opportunities for participants to explore and express their emotions through art. Encourage them to create without judgment and to use their artwork as a means of processing and releasing emotions.

The instructor is a friendly experienced artist who are capable of work with different art forms, such as abstract, realism, impressionsim and surrealism. Also, diverse in multi medium art approcah. The artist has publications and exhibitions throughout U.S and Italy.
