Healers and Creators presents a rejuvenating full-day healing "Daycation" featuring Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, an Amazing Sound Healing Savasana w/Acupuncture. Book an optional private Massage, Reiki, and Tarot Reading session. Nourish your body with healthy Homemade Foods, energizing Elixirs and Beverages, which are included with your day pass. Browse through artisan food vendors plus crafts, clothing, and art while enjoying the live sounds of DJ "The Infamous JBe."
Delight in the expansive ocean and bay view Pool, complemented by two Hot Tubs, both overlook all of San Diego and one is on the roof deck!
Schedule:
- 1pm: Arrive, dip, spa, shop, snack, get a treatment or massage or reading if you want:)Go set up your mat for class.
- 1:45pm: Gather on your mats
- 2-3pm Hatha Vinyasa Yoga with Jenergy
- 3:00-3:30 Sound Healing Savasana w/Jenergy and Acupuncture treatment with the lovely Cindy Sullivan!
- 4-8pm: Mingle, shop, eat, drink, spa, swim, dance and enjoy the property! Massage, Reiki, tarot readings, and other healing services available for booking at an additional charge on-site.
