Heal the Healers Group Meditation and Healing Session
Come join us for a powerful evening of relaxation and rejuvenation at Urban Yogis - Yoga in Everett, WA. This in-person event is designed to provide healing and support for those who are always taking care of others. Our host Katherine Litz is a Master Reiki Practitioner and Transformational Guide. She will help you reconnect with the best version of yourself and experience the peace and relaxation your mind, body and spirit so desperately needs.
In this 90 min meditation and metaphysical energetic healing session she will help guide you to find your center and release some of the stress, trauma and anxiety that you have experienced and taken on while serving the community.
